Helloween Day 1 Cancellation: Appreciation Options
Since Helloween cannot take the stage on Day 1, the promoter has arranged the appreciation options below for ticket holders.
Day 1 Ticket Holders
- Non-refund option: Your Day 1 ticket gives you automatic entry to both Day 1 and Day 2 at no additional charge.
- Full refund (100%): Offered if the Day 1 ticket was never used to watch the show and was not scanned at the venue.
2-Days Pass Holders
- Non-refund option: Attend both days as planned and collect an exclusive JogjaROCKarta 2025 souvenir.
- Full refund (100%): Offered if the pass was never used to watch the show and was not scanned at the venue.
Refund Terms and Conditions
- Refund requests may be filed online or offline. Online requests go through the refund form, while offline requests can be made in person at the Helpdesk tent at the venue on 6 December 2025.
- Refunds are only valid for tickets bought via JogjaROCKarta's official platforms and official partners.
- Tickets that have been resold or transferred are not eligible for a refund.
- The promoter may verify ticket validity before any refund is processed.
- The promoter bears no responsibility for tickets purchased outside official platforms.
- Once a ticket is submitted for refund, it can no longer be used to enter the festival area.
- Refund registration window: 28 November – 6 December 2025.
- Refund disbursement takes up to 90 working days after 7 December 2025, or is received no later than 10 March 2026.
